摘要

在PH9.0的缓冲溶液中

锌与锌试剂(2羧基—2′—羟基—5′磺基—偕苯偶氮苯)形成兰色络合物。色泽强度可用带滤光片的光电比色计或分光光度计测量。选用波长为620毫微米。测定范围为0.02～5.0毫克/升;对凝结水和除盐水可测出0.002～0.25毫克/升。精密度:测定范围在0.02～5.0毫克/升时为0.05x;同一试验室为0.03x。测定范围在0.002～0.25毫克/升时为0.0076x;同一试验室为0.002x.(x 为测定的锌含量毫克/升)。
