    • A review of research on transmission line icing mechanisms, prediction, and deicing technology

    • With the frequent occurrence of extreme weather, the threat of icing disasters on transmission lines to the safe operation of the power grid is becoming increasingly severe, and the technology of melting ice on transmission lines has become a current research hotspot. In this context, the research status of ice cover mechanism, prediction, and melting technology for transmission lines is systematically reviewed.
