Analysis of overhead ground wire fracture in a 500 kV transmission line and measures for induced current suppression
“In the 500 kV transmission line overhead ground wire fracture event, experts analyzed that excessive induced current causing heating of fittings and a decrease in steel core strength were the main causes of the fracture. The accuracy of the model was verified through simulation software modeling, providing a solution for preventing wire breakage faults.”
