在“双碳”目标驱动下,可再生能源规模化发展面临间歇性与波动性带来的消纳挑战。为提升系统灵活性,促进可再生能源消纳,基于国家“源网荷储一体化与多能互补”政策导向,研究多能互补系统在电力市场中互补模式的经济性与稳定性优势。通过综合考虑电力市场细则与多能互补特性,构建了中长期市场出清模型,并基于非线性规划理论和粒子群优化算法,模拟求解发电企业报价策略与大用户购电决策。通过市场出清结果分析与政策适应性研究,验证了多能互补系统在经济效益、市场韧性、成本结构等方面的优势,为市场化消纳可再生能源提供了理论支持。
