In order to improve the economy of offshore islanded microgrids
an optimal scheduling model for islanded microgrid considering seawater desalination loads is proposed. Taking the lowest operating cost of islanded microgrid as the optimization objective and considering the economic benefits brought by seawater desalination load
an optimal scheduling model for offshore islanded microgrid is constructed. The improved coot optimization algorithm (COOT) is used to solve the constructed model. The simulation results show that the solving accuracy of total operating cost of islanded microgrid obtained by the improved COOT algorithm is higher than that of traditional optimization algorithms. Considering the seawater desalination load
the economy is significantly improved
which can effectively reduce the operating cost of islanded microgrid.
