摘要

在柴油机工作过程中，高压共轨系统的轨压信号呈明显的非线性特点，传统特征提取和状态识别方法较难适用于轨压信号．笔者提出一种基于多尺度模糊熵(MFE)、多聚类特征选择(MCFS)及支持向量机(SVM)相结合的故障诊断方法．利用MFE算法从原始轨压信号中挖掘多尺度故障特征，再采用MCFS算法筛选出低维敏感特征，经SVM模型训练和测试，进行高压共轨系统故障诊断．结果表明：相对于多尺度排列熵(MPE)和多尺度散布熵(MDE)算法，MFE算法提取熵特征的故障区分度最大，MCFS算法可以有效剔除冗余信息并筛选敏感特征，MFE、MCFS和SVM相结合的故障诊断方法准确率达到99.58%，可为柴油机高压共轨系统的故障特征挖掘和状态识别提供参考．
