    • Review of Research Progress on Fire Behavior of Wires and Cables

    • “Wire and cable fires are the main cause of electrical fires, posing a serious threat to human life and property safety. The expert system reviewed the fire behavior of wires and cables in recent years, with a focus on analyzing their ignition, flame propagation, melting dripping, and extinguishing processes. It also analyzed the mechanisms of key influencing factors, such as core heat transfer (which has both heat source and heat sink effects), environmental pressure, oxygen concentration, gravity field, and airflow conditions.”
