Optimization of Integrated Energy System Operation Strategy based on Genetic Annealing Method
The construction of an integrated energy system containing wind and gas storage can improve the capacity of power system to absorb renewable energy. Genetic annealing algorithm was used to establish the optimal scheduling model of integrated energy system including wind and gas storage with the goal of minimizing hourly operation cost and maximizing renewable energy output. The results showed that: under the grid-connected mode
during peak hours
the small gas turbine should be fully generated to meet the demand of electric load and cold and heat load. During peacetime
the power of the small gas turbine should be maintained at 200-500 kW to ensure the economy of the system. During the peak period
the small gas turbine should not generate or only meet the thermal load
and the electrical load gap was met by the power grid purchase or battery. In the islanded mode
when the load demand cannot be met
part of the load needed to be removed
which was249 kW in a typical day in winter and 168 kW in a typical day in summer. Through sensitivity analysis
it was found that the power generation of small gas turbines varies greatly with the price of natural gas
and the new energy generation is almost unaffected.
