摘要

气候资源是重要的生态产品，气候资源价值实现是生态产品价值实现的重要内容。梳理了江西省推进气候资源在旅游、农业、清洁能源开发与利用、重要生态系统保护和修复等方面的价值实现工作，从气候资源价值实现的理念意识、技术水平和体制机制等方面总结了其面临的问题与挑战。面对碳达峰碳中和的新形势，提出应以体制机制改革创新为核心，以加强科普宣传、强化科技支撑、深化部门合作为重点，加快完善气候资源转化为金山银山的实现路径和政策制度体系，为推动完善气候资源价值实现机制提供“江西方案”。

Abstract

Climate is an important ecological product

and the realization of the value of climate resources is an important part of the realization of the value of ecological products. The work of promoting the value realization of climate resources in tourism

agriculture

development and utilization of clean energy

protection and restoration of important ecosystems in Jiangxi province was combed

and the problems and challenges faced by it were summarized from the aspects of the concept consciousness

technical level and institutional mechanism of the value realization of climate resources. Facing the new situation of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality

this paper puts forward that the reform and innovation of the system and mechanism should be the core

with emphasis on strengthening popular science propaganda

strengthening scientific and technological support

and deepening departmental cooperation

so as to speed up the improvement of the realization path and policy system of transforming climate resources into mountains of gold and silver

and provide "Jiangxi Plan" for promoting the improvement of the realization mechanism of climate resources value.
