As a special public building

the energy consumption of hospital is large and increasing year by year

which has great energy-saving potential. Research and analysis on energy consumption data of a hospital in Tianjin were introduced based on general situation of energy consumption

establishment and application of intelligent management platform. By combining the energy management system and data analysis with energy saving work

the hospital has carried out a variety of energy saving practice from two aspects of technical and management

which promotes the realization of energy saving refined management.The total energy consumption is reduced as medical service increasing year by year in the hospital

and the energy saving management is gradually realized refined management. Combined with the analysis method of energy consumption and the practical experience of energy saving work

this paper can provide reference for the same type of hospital to carry out energy-saving management.
