and the quality of welding. In view of this situation

the operation methods of each process and the problems requiring attention are systematically described. If the support column and equatorial plate are assembled and welded according to these processes

the welding dimension of equatorial plate will be accurate and reliable

the welding quality will be guaranteed

the deformation of equatorial plate after welding and weld defects will be eliminated

the qualified rate of weld will be ensured to be 100%

and the welding stress will be reduced by 70%-80%. In this way

the welding quality of the support and equatorial plate is accordingly ensured.
