总结分析了全省节能监察体系建设工作取得的成效、存在的问题和面临的形势

就进一步加强节能监察体系建设从指导思想、基本原则、总体目标、主要任务等方面提出了方案建议

并就如何实现节能监察体系建设目标提出了对策措施

对全国节能监察系统加强节能监察体系建设具有一定的指导作用。

Abstract

This article starts with the current situation of the construction of energy conservation supervision system and reveals achievements

existing problems and current situation of the recent construction. It clears the ideas to further strengthen the construction of energy conservation supervision system from the aspects of guiding ideology

basic principle

overall objective and main mission. Meanwhile

it proposes the practical measures on how to achieve the objective of the construction. This article certainly enlightens and directs nationwide energy conservation system to strengthen the energy conservation system construction.
