Through technological innovation

the number of scientific and technological achievements of China’s state-owned power enterprises increases rapidly

but the overall conversion rate is not high

resulting in the loss of intangible assets of enterprises. Through the analysis of the current situation of the implementation of science and technology projects and the transformation of technological achievements in the State Grid and other power generation enterprises

it is concluded that the low conversion rate of technological achievements has many reasons

such as the current assessment method is oriented by patents and papers

the lack of incentive system for scientific researchers

and the poor communication between the technology owners and the demand-holders. From the perspective of management mode

this paper puts forward the promotion mechanism of technology transformation

such as establishing reward system

exploring new technology fault-tolerant system and integrating technology application into assessment. In terms of the construction of technology trading platform

taking a large power group as an example

this paper summarizes the specific functions of the trading platform to achieve "one online platform and three offline centers"

and completes the construction of organizational structure and management team through the construction cycle of 3-5 years.
