通过对团坡电站1号水轮发电机导轴承和推力轴承油雾溢出产生的原因进行分析

介绍了目前常用的几种防油雾结构并阐明了优缺点

指出了油雾治理的误区和难点

有针对性的提出了团坡1号发电机油雾的解决办法

为其他电站出现的类似问题提供可供参考的解决办法。

Abstract

The analysis of the causes of oil mist overflow within the guide bearing and thrust bearing of No. 1 Hydro-generator of Tuanpo HPP is presented in this paper. Various anti-oil mist structures and the advantages and disadvantages are introduced. The misunderstandings and difficulties in the treatment of oil mist are pointed out. And the solution of oil mist in Hydro-generator No. 1 of Tuanpo HPP is also presented in this paper as the reference solutions for similar problems in other power stations.
