摘要

空气预热器作为电站锅炉的重要设备

目前存在的主要问题是空预器易发生腐蚀和堵灰现象

这主要是由于传统的烟气低温腐蚀和氨逃逸带来的硫酸氢铵腐蚀的影响。针对2种不同的影响因素

需要采取不同的解决措施。在分析空预器堵塞原因的基础上

综述了近年来我国为解决空预器堵塞而采取的相关措施

如优化暖风器设计、采用碱性吸收剂控制SO

的技术、空气预热器的改造等。

Abstract

Air preheater is the indispensable equipment for power station boilers. At present

corrosion and ash accumulation are the main problems of air preheater. Due to the low-temperature of flue gas and the hydrogen sulphate caused by ammonia escaping. Different countermeasures are needed for two different reasons. The cause of the blockage of the air preheater is analyzed

and the related measures adopted in recent years to solve the air blockage are introduced

such as optimizing the design of the heater

using the alkaline absorbent to control the SO

and retrofit of air preheater

etc.
