In coal-fired power plants

the working conditions of boilers change rapidly in a short time due to coal accumulation and blockage in coal bunkers

which affects the normal power generation of units. The traditional plugging removal methods

such as vibrator

loosening machine and manual coal jamming

have not achieved obvious results in practical application. This paper mainly introduces the practical application of 330 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler in Fenyi Power Plant after the modification of coal bunker activation and blockage removal

and focuses on the overall structure and control principle of this new type of activation and blockage removal device. The effect of activating and blocking method is better than that of conventional cleaning method

and the operation efficiency of boiler is improved.
