以相关环境管理政策及技术指南为依据

从废铅蓄电池回收再生铅类建设项目的选址落地、生产规模最低要求、工艺和装备选择、配套污染防治措施进行了梳理。供环境影响评价、环保工程设计、危险废物经营许可等相关环境管理人员借鉴。

Abstract

Based on the relevant environmental management policies and technical guidelines

this paper combs the site selection

production scale minimum requirements

process and equipment selection

and supporting pollution prevention and control measures for the construction project of recycling lead from waste lead-acid batteries. It can be used for environmental management such as environmental impact assessment

environmental protection engineering design

hazardous waste management license and so on.
