江西彭泽核电利用核电厂址空闲土地

建设光伏电站等新能源项目

并将核电项目管理知识体系与实践用于光伏等新能源项目设备采购过程中。从设备采购管理模式选择、管理体系建立、采购计划编制、采购包划分、采购文件准备、分级监造、到货验收、备品备件管理等多方面进行总结。反馈设备采购管理工作中的良好实践和经验教训

通过经验反馈

提升后续类似项目管理水平。

Abstract

The plant site nuclear power is a scarce resource

but with the development of nuclear power in Japan after the Fukushima nuclear accident and the rapid economic development around the site of nuclear power plant being double influence

the pressure on nuclear power plant site protection is increasing. The idle land of the nuclear power plant site being used in Jiangxi Pengze nuclear power

construct new energy projects such as photovoltaic power station

and to apply nuclear power project management knowledge systems and practices to the procurement process of new energy projects such as photovoltaic. This paper summarizing from the selection of equipment procurement management mode

management system establishment

procurement planning

procurement package division

procurement document preparation

classification supervision

inspection

and spare parts management and so on

feedback on the good practices and experience in learning in the procurement management of equipment. Through experience feedback

the management level of similar projects will be improved.
