摘要

针对江西公司分宜发电厂#9机组#1、#2轴承Y向异常振动影响机组安全稳定运行的问题

对#1、#2轴承Y向振动的基频测振分析振动产生的原因是由于高压转子质量不平衡引起中心发生变化

通过调整高压转子中心达到北重厂家设计标准解决了#1、#2轴承Y向振动大的安全隐患。

Abstract

Aiming at the problem that abnormal vibration of #1 and #2 bearing Y direction of #9 unit in Fengyi Power Plant of Jiangxi Company affects the safe and stable operation of the unit

Vibration Analysis of #1 and #2 bearing Y Direction Vibration Analysis the cause of vibration is the change of center caused by mass imbalance of high voltage rotor. By adjusting the center of the high pressure rotor to the design standard of the North weight manufacturer

the hidden trouble of the #1 and#2 bearing Y direction vibration is solved.
