Preliminary Study on Optimization of Dilute Sulfuric Acid Pretreatment of Energy Grass
Anaerobic fermentation of methane is one of biomass straw utilization methods. In order to make biomass resource effectively used by anaerobic fermentation
it is necessary to pretreat the biomass straw. In this paper
the characteristics of energy grass under the condition of dilute sulfuric acid pretreatment were studied. The results show that as the pretreatment temperature
pretreatment time and acid concentration increased
the total amount of reducing sugar produced by hydrolysis of energy grass increased. The pretreatment temperature was the most important factor affecting the hydrolysis of energy grass
followed by acid concentration and pretreatment time. In this research
a maximum total reducing sugar of 779 mg was obtained under the condition of 75 ℃
