由于核能技术的特殊性

核电企业必须始终将核安全置于最高的优先位置。核安全是核电企业的生命线

构建卓越的核安全文化一直是核电同行的奋斗目标。尤其在核事故阴霾还未完全散去的后福岛时代

必须持续提升核安全文化水平保障核电事业的安全健康发展。介绍了彭泽核电项目前期核安全文化培育的实践经验

探讨了后续培育工作的改进方向

以期为核电同行提供一定参考和借鉴。

Abstract

Due to the special characteristics of nuclear power technology

nuclear safety should always be placed as an overriding priority. Nuclear safety is the lifeline of nuclear power enterprises

so building excellent safety culture is the final goal. Especially after the Fukushima nuclear accident

it’s necessary to improve safety culture establishment level to ensure sound development of nuclear power. Nuclear safety culture cultivation practical experience of the Pengze nuclear power plant is described

the weaknesses and improvements of safety culture establishment are confined in article

hoping to provide a reference for nuclear power enterprises.
