摘要

可再生能源发电技术具有清洁性和无限利用性的优良特征

被认为是最有可能实现对化石能源进行替代的潜力能源。从开发动因（能源替代）、产业发展前景与障碍以及产业发展的政府规制3个维度对可再生能源发电产业发展的相关理论与实践研究进行综述和评论

并针对当前研究的不足进行了展望。

Abstract

Renewable energies own excellent characteristics of clean and unlimited using

which is considered to be the most possible potential energy to replace fossil fuels. From the three dimensions of the development motivation（energy substitution）

industry development prospects and obstacles

and government regulation

this article reviews and comments related theory and practice research of the development of renewable energy power generation industry. And aiming at the shortcomings of the current study

some outlooks are discussed in the end.
