Abstract

In this paper

it is saying the improvement of structure of water wall fireplace door

insertpipe

elbow pipe

which reduced the number of insert tubes by fifty percent and reduce the number of sealing plate

which simplify the shape of the sealing plate. So than simplify the manufacturing process

improve production efficiency and reduced labor costs. Through economic analysis

average annual cost savings of 1 million 200 thousand yuan and reduced 2 340 days. So the improvement has a very good economic performance and the value of promote.
