摘要

从公司产品QT12001-0高压汽包挖槽胀接管孔加工工艺跟踪

发现其加工过程中产生的问题。通过对问题的分析

改进加工工艺

并制作了生产辅助工装（止动装置）

最终按图纸要求加工出合格的胀接管孔

保证了生产进度及后续工地产品安装。

Abstract

This article shows the tracking of processing technology for entrenchment and expansion. Holes on High Pressure Drum QT12001-0

and some problems during processing were found and analyzed. The technology and made some production auxiliary tooling for locking were improved. Finally the processed expansion holes were all acceptable according to drawings. This satisfied the production schedule and the field assembly.
