基于N型电池的机遇与技术工艺路线、成本的调查

了解现有主要N型电池厂家的现状

分析N型单晶硅的现有与潜在需求;根据2009—2014年间关于N型单晶硅片的制作经验

分析N型单晶硅材料的品质、制造技术与成本之间的关系;分析N型硅片与电池的发展方向。

Abstract

Based on the survey of N type solar cell’s opportunities

technological process and cost

understanding the status of the existing main n type cell manufacturers

the existing and potential demand of N type single crystal silicon were analyzed.According to the production experience of N type silicon wafer from 2009 to 2014

the material quality of N type single crystal silicon

and the relationship between technology and cost were analyzed. The development direction of n-type wafers and cells was also analyzed.
