Integral hoisting technology for high parameter gas change furnace with double cranes is established according to the integral hoisting requirements for change furnace of Zhongtian Hechuang Ordos coal processing demonstration project. It solves the technical problem that the stress is unbalanced for different specified hoisting load overhead cranes to lift up one equipment. Both stresses of two overhead cranes is less than specified lifting weight of overhead crane. The experience shows that the hoisting process has met the requirements for lifting up the change furnace and safety.
