each rack is used five position transducers to control rolling precisely and

intricately.Any fault happen with position transducer will absolutely stop line

especially when the position signal is fluctuating

it will lead to rolling program fault

and lead to break strip or damage device

so the stability of the position transducer is very important to product well. Analyze from two aspects of hardware components and software program of MTS and TR position transducers when used in the tendem mill to judge the pros and cons.
