摘要

可再生能源配额制（RPS）是国际上为促进可再生能源开发而实行的一种强制性能源政策。介绍了RPS的发展历程和一般特征以及我国生物质发电行业现状

并分析了我国可再生能源配额制实施后对生物质发电产生的影响

旨在为生物质发电行业实现规模化和产业化发展提供参考。

Abstract

Renewable Portfolio Standard（RPS） is a mandatory energy policy to promote development of renewable energy in the world. Therefore

the development history of RPS and its general characteristics were introduced. Furthermore

it states the current situation of biomass power generation in China and analyses the resulting impact under the RPS.
