摘要

固体废物环境影响评价目前缺乏相应的技术导则

在环评工作中固体废物环境影响评价内容编制存在一些问题

笔者通过多年环境影响评估工作的经验

从环境影响评价的基本原理提出固体废物环境影响评价的编制思路

借此提高环评中该内容的编制质量、明确建设单位的环境责任和环境监管部门的工作重点。

Abstract

Currently

the technology of solid waste environmental impact assessment lack

there are some problems in content compilation of solid waste environmental impact assessment of EIA work. Through experiences of environmental impact assessment

the ideas of solid waste environmental impact assessment are advanced from the basic principles of environmental impact assessment

to improve compilation content quality of environmental impact assessment

clear environment construction of construction units and focus of environmental regulatory.
