摘要

综述了我国餐厨垃圾目前的处理现状以及不同的处理方式所存在的主要问题

介绍了餐厨垃圾资源化利用的一些新进展

主要包括堆肥、制燃料乙醇、氢气和沼气等。最后

对我国餐厨垃圾资源化利用在能源或资源领域的发展前景提出了建议。

Abstract

In this paper

the treatment technologies of food residue were reviewed

and the existed problems in the process of food residue treatment were introduced. The developments of resource utilization of food residue to compost

fuel ethanol and methane gas were investigated. Some advice was offered for the development of the resource utilization of food residue.
