Analysis of temperature-induced errors and self-correcting fusion method for dual-channel inductosyn
To enhance the operational reliability of position servo systems
absolute circular inductosyns are commonly employed as the position sensors. One pair of polar round inductosyn is usually used as coarse channels
a significant fusion error would occur once the error exceeds the limit. So that it has an important significance to study the error forms and fusion methods under eccentricity and extreme temperatures. In response to the aforementioned issues
mathematical models and finite element simulations were combined to analyze the eccentricity error and high and low temperature error of one pair of pole inductosyn
through which the self-correction fusion method based on "fine channel three equal division" was proposed to eliminate the influence of coarse channel absolute zero offset on dual channel fusion and optimize the allowable error range of coarse channel. Finally
the high and low temperature automated error testing platform was designed. The experimental results indicate that the high and low temperature errors of one pair of pole inductosyn are asymmetric primary error and secondary error. This achievement is of great significance for improving the reliability of the coarse-fine coupling absolute inductosyn angle measurement system.
