Isolation type three port DC-DC converter port decoupling and reflux power optimization control analysis
Three active bridge DC-DC converters are widely used in high-power transmission scenarios such as photovoltaic power generation and electric vehicles. However
during the transmission process
power coupling occurs between ports
which not only reduces the dynamic performance of the system but also leads to power loss. A performance optimization strategy was designed for a three-active bridge DC-DC converter. This strategy optimizes the phase-shifting mode and improves on the basis of the traditional dual phase-shifting. By controlling the overlap of the full-bridge voltage phase-shifting ratios at each port
a novel dual phase-shifting control method was proposed. Based on this
the simulated annealing particle swarm hybrid optimization algorithm was introduced
taking the minimization of reflux power as the objec-tive function. After iterative screening of each phase shift angle
the phase shift angle combination that makes the reflux power reach the global optimum was finally calculated. Simulation and experimental re-sults show that this control strategy effectively eliminates the coupling power between ports
significantly reduces the backflow power
improves the overall efficiency and dynamic response speed of the converter
and thereby enhances the reliability and engineering applicability of the system.
