This study focuses on the application and promotion of intelligent construction technologies in water conservancy projects in Dezhou. Against the background of relevant policies and current engineering practices
the intelligent construction system employed in the Yangzhuang Reservoir Project is selected as a case study. A systematic investigation is conducted through case analysis
field visits
and stakeholder consultations. The results indicate that the promotion of intelligent construction technologies is constrained by high implementation costs
insufficient incentives for transformation
inadequate coordination among stakeholders
substantial data security risks
and a shortage of interdisciplinary professionals. Accordingly
a series of countermeasures are proposed
including strengthening the demonstrative and guiding role of pilot projects
establishing cost-sharing mechanisms
developing a coordinated implementation system
establishing a data security framework
and cultivating interdisciplinary professionals. The findings are expected to provide practical guidance for the application and promotion of intelligent construction technologies in water conservancy projects in Dezhou and other comparable regions
thereby facilitating the digital transformation of the water conservancy sector.
