To comprehensively address issues related to water resources and aquatic ecosystems
the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has proposed the establishment of national water network. As a critical component of water network development
water resource allocation engineering projects are central to the modernization of water network infrastructure. In southern regions
water resource allocation projects face challenges such as the reorganization of water sources
extensive water supply coverage
and complex multi-level water intake systems. These challenges result in issues such as unclear water sources
ambiguous statistical data
and unclear management and collection of water resource taxes in intake management. This paper proposes a technical framework for establishing a “source-intake-supply” full-process management for water resource allocation projects. Based on the structure of Sichuan Province's water resource management informatization platform
this paper outlines an approach to the informatization of water intake management in these projects
aiming to provide technical support and practical reference for implementing strict water resource constraints within the water network structure.
