and the value conversion is achieved through improving the mechanism of engineering water price formation and adjustment. The value of ecological services includes the values of supply services

regulation services

and cultural services. Taking into account the direct investment and opportunity cost of ecological protectors

the value of ecological services consider the stage characteristics of ecological protection and economic and social development

and the value is realized through establishing an ecological protection compensation mechanism.
