and financial innovation. It identifies several bottlenecks

including the need to improve the value accounting system

enhancing market-based trading mechanisms

strengthening ecological compensation frameworks

and optimizing resource reserve mechanisms. Based on these insights

the paper puts forward practical recommendations

such as establishing unified accounting standards

refining market transaction systems

developing innovative ecological compensation models
