Jiangxi has a well-developed water system with abundant sand and gravel resources. In recent years

with the widespread application of sand and gravel in various fields and the strengthening of environmental protection

their usable reserves have been decreasing year by year

and the imbalance between supply and demand has gradually become prominent. To address the shortage of sand and gravel while pursuing green development

strengthening and standardizing the order of river sand mining management is of great urgency. This paper introduced the current situation of river sand mining management in Jiangxi province and analyzed the main problems in mining rights transfer

mining waybill management

the standard of sand for villagers' self-use

and laws and regulations. Based on the province's actual situation

countermeasures and suggestions for further improving river sand mining management were proposed

which can provide reference for related units in the supervision and management of river sand mining.
