Cultivating and developing group standards is an important measure of national standardization reform since 2015

which can fully unleash the standardization vitality of market entities

optimize the supply structure of standards

enhance the competitiveness of products and services

and promote high-quality development. In recent years

the rapid development of water conservancy group standards in China has filled the standards gap and provided support for the development of water conservancy. In order to implement the requirements of the National Standardization Development Outline and further strengthen the standardization of water conservancy groups

promote the high-quality development of water conservancy group standards and norms

this article explores and initially establishes the Evaluation Index System for Standardization of Water Conservancy Groups(Trial)

evaluates the standardization work of 11 national water conservancy groups

and puts forward relevant opinions and suggestions on this basis to further improve the quality and level of water conservancy group standards and provide technical support for promoting high-quality development of water conservancy.
