To investigate the discrepancies between the actual construction costs of cable-suspended crossing without frames for transmission lines and the current power engineering pricing quota
this paper adopts the workday documentation method to conduct on‑site measurements throughout the entire construction process. The consumption and corresponding costs of three resource categories—labor
materials
and machinery—are systematically quantified.Through comparative analysis
systemic differences in the quota are identified with respect to labor wage levels
material upgrades
and machinery equipment renewal. The underlying systemic causes of the cost differences are further analyzed
and improvement suggestions are proposed accordingly. This study provides practical reference for cost estimation of cable-suspended crossing without frames and offers theoretical support for refined cost management in power engineering.
