摘要

随着新能源基地的规模化开发，其集中外送需求对输电走廊的规划与建设提出了更高要求。本文在系统梳理大规模新能源基地外送总体态势的基础上，针对跨越江河湖海等特殊地区及一般地区的输电走廊受限问题分别提出解决方案，并对后续输电走廊的规划建设给出发展建议，旨在推动电网工程的可持续、高质量发展。

Abstract

With the large-scale development of new energy bases

higher requirements of the centralized transmission demands for the planning and construction of transmission corridors have put forward.Based on a systematic review of the overall situation of large-scale new energy base transmission

solutions to the transmission corridor constraints in special areas such as rivers

lakes and seas and general areas are proposed respectively in this paper

and development suggestions for the subsequent planning and construction of transmission corridors are given

aiming to promote the sustainable and high-quality development of power grid projects.
