To figure out the underutilization of demand-side flexibility resources in power tight balancing scenarios
an integrated load co-regulation strategy that considers the risk of load outages is proposed. Firstly
the power warning level is classified according to the power shortfall
and the power shortfall is apportioned after taking into account the load type and weight of each load bus. Secondly
by integrating the sequence of load regulation
the grid compensation cost
and user electricity satisfaction
the demand response and orderly electricity consumption can be combined
and a demand-side load collaborative regulation strategy model in the scenario of tight power balance can be established. Finally
a load outage risk assessment model based on a short-time series and multiple sampling model is proposed to assess the outage risk of load coordinated regulation strategy
and the effectiveness of algorithms in this paper is verified by an analysis of arithmetic example. Research findings indicate that
compared with the conventional orderly power consumption scheme
the load regulation strategy proposed in this paper can achieve a 12.32% reduction in the daily maximum load
a 33.19% reduction in the peak-valley difference
a 3.5% increase in user satisfaction
and a 14.22% increase in the benefits of grid operations.
