Under the background of high-penetration distributed generation integration
the distribution system faces multiple challenges such as limited renewable energy accommodation capacity
low operational efficiency
and insufficient fault self-healing capability. Traditional networking modes struggle to effectively address these bottlenecks. Therefore
this paper systematically proposes a flexible networking operation paradigm for AC/DC distribution systems. Firstly
this paper clarifies the connotation of flexible networking operation
characterized by dynamic topology reconfiguration
flexible operational control
and active response mechanisms
and discusses its operation scenarios and functional positioning. Secondly
this paper reveals key scientific problems in flexible networking
namely
the collaborative mechanism between DC regulation and AC network regulation
and the disturbance mechanism and safety considerations for power electronic converters during operating condition switching. On this basis
this paper systematically outlines core key technologies
including flexible networking operation technology and power electronic converter control technology supporting flexible networking. Finally
the feasibility of flexible networking is validated through typical demonstration projects
and a summary and outlook for distribution system flexible networking is provided. This paper aims to provide theoretical reference and technical supports for the construction of new software-defined power distribution system architecture.
