摘要

超宽带电磁脉冲峰值功率高、覆盖频谱宽，可通过多种路径耦合到电子设备内部，造成干扰或毁伤效应。为提供数百千赫兹量级重复频率下的高功率超宽带电磁脉冲模拟环境，基于高压高重频雪崩管脉冲源和空间功率合成技术，研制了一种兼顾远场有效电势的高重频超宽带电磁脉冲辐射系统。设计中，高压高重频脉冲源基于30级Marx电路，通过引入“电容-三极管”并联结构和“导热硅胶-陶瓷散热片”散热结构，提高脉冲源的功率容量和运行重频，实现了1.2 kV/200 kHz稳定输出；对天线阵列排布进行优化设计，抑制阵元间互耦效应，提升系统的运行稳定性。测试实验表明辐射系统的主要技术参数如下：在时域，辐射电场波形为双极性脉冲，50%-50%脉冲宽度为712 ps，远场有效电势最高可达31.8 kV；在频域，其−10 dB带宽可覆盖0.278~2.43 GHz。辐射系统可实现0.1~200 kHz输出重频调节和极化方向调节。

Abstract

Characterized by high peak power and wide frequency spectrum

the ultra-wideband (UWB) pulse can couple to the electronic equipment through various paths and cause interference or damage effects. In order to provide a high-power UWB pulsed simulation environment with a pulse-repetition rate (PRF) of hundreds of kHz

a high-PRF UWB electromagnetic pulse radiation system with high peak effective potential (rEp) is developed in this paper based on high-voltage and high-pulse-repetition-rate avalanche-transistorized pulsers and the space power synthesis method. In the design

the parallel "capacitor-transistor" structure and the "thermal conductive silicone-ceramic heat sink" structure are introduced to the pulser with the 30-level Marx circuit

thus its power capacity and operating PRF can be improved. Besides

the array arrangement is optimized to suppress the mutual coupling effect and improve the stability of the system. Experimental results show that the main technical parameters of the radiation system are as follows: in the time domain

the electric field waveform is a bipolar pulse

with a 50%-50% pulse width of 712 ps

and the maximum rEp of the system can reach 31.8 kV; In the frequency domain

its -10 dB bandwidth can cover 278 MHz to 2.43 GHz. The radiation system can operate with the PRF of 0.1~200 kHz. Additionally

its polarization direction is adjustable.
