Research on Deduction Methods for Dispatch and Control of New Power System: Architecture, Technologies and Applications
and complex business processes have significantly increased the difficulty of dispatch and control
urgently necessitating the development of new technologies
methods
and rules. However
direct experimental validation of these innovations in actual power grids faces severe challenges
including limited trial-and-error space
prolonged practical implementation cycles
and difficulties in reproducing extreme scenarios—particularly in effectively identifying and predicting hidden risks of dispatch technologies and rules under extreme or rare scenarios. By implementing full-process deduction of dispatch and control operations based on digital twin and cyber-physical-social system (CPSS) concepts
new dispatch technologies
methods
software
and rules can be verified and predicted in advance
offering an effective solution to the above problems. This paper analyzes the requirements for dispatch and control operation deduction under new conditions
designs a novel power system dispatch and control operation deduction system and its development stages based on "big data assets" and “full-process simulation
” proposes key technologies for power grid dispatch and control operation deduction from three aspects—data
samples
and simulation—and develops a digital deduction service platform for power grid dispatch and control. Furthermore
it constructs a real-time closed-loop feedback link of “physical-information-social” interactions. The proposed approach has been validated through engineering applications in automatic generation control (AGC) software testing. Overall
a full-process deduction environment for dispatch and control operations has been established
providing support for deduction and validation scenarios such as Quality management of dispatch software
AI training for dispatch systems
data value mining in dispatch operations
closed-loop simulation of dispatch and electricity markets
