Comprehensive Energy Management Strategies for Load Agents Participating in Deep Peak Shaving Markets
With the increasing adoption of new energy generation
load aggregators with regulation capabilities participating in deep peak regulation markets can alleviate power grid deep peak regulation pressure and promote new energy consumption. If the diverse characteristics of multi-quality energy on the load side can be fully utilized to incentivize substitution potential between different energy sources
this will deepen and enhance load demand response capabilities; however
load aggregators find it difficult to accurately assess the elasticity between heterogeneous energy sources within users' systems. Therefore
based on incentive compatibility theory
this paper designs an incentive contract that encourages users to report the interaction elasticity coefficients of heterogeneous energy sources truthfully; if users report values close to true response results
helping aggregators accurately assess deep peak regulation potential
they will receive high returns. This paper presents a bidding-based bilevel optimization model for load aggregators participating in deep peak regulation markets
aiming to maximize the total revenue of load aggregators and comprehensive user utility benefits by leveraging the complementary characteristics and cascaded utilization potential of heterogeneous energy sources. The incentive compatibility contract design proposed in this paper presents a novel approach for aggregators to assess uncertainties on the user side and stimulate user enthusiasm for participation. Finally
the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through comparative case studies.
