Multi-microgrid Hybrid Game Operation Strategy Considering Virtual Energy Storage Participation
Abstract
With the increase in the proportion of renewable energy connected to the grid and the diversification of demand-side loads
multi-microgrid systems play a key role in promoting distributed energy consumption. A multi-microgrid hybrid game model considering virtual energy storage is proposed to achieve efficient synergy among generation
load
and storage within multi-microgrid systems. Firstly
a virtual energy storage model with electric vehicles and air conditioning loads is constructed based on the equivalent thermodynamic characteristics of air conditioning loads and electric vehicles' charging and discharging characteristics. Secondly
a master-slave game model is built with the multi-microgrid operator as the leader and the load aggregator and energy storage operator as the followers. Based on the master-slave game
the cooperative game among the microgrids is introduced to promote peer-to-peer (P2P) electricity trading among microgrids. In the cooperative benefit distribution problem
the Nash negotiation model based on the contribution of the microgrids as a nonlinear function is introduced to realize a fairer distribution of the benefits among microgrids. Finally
the proposed model is solved based on an adaptive differential evolutionary algorithm that combines the solver and the alternating direction multiplier method. Simulation results show that the multi-microgrid hybrid game model proposed in this paper effectively balances the benefits of each subject and improves the benefits of a multi-microgrid operator
and the rate of distributed renewable energy consumption is increased to 100%
and the charging and discharging amount of the physical energy storage is reduced by 16% while the amount of power purchased from the higher-level power grids is reduced by 44%. This significantly reduces the dependence on the physical energy storage as well as the higher-level grids.
