Optimal Charging Guidance Strategy for Electric Vehicles Based on Mixed Integer Linear Programming
To address the optimization needs of regional electric vehicle (EV) charging guidance
this paper proposes an optimal charging guidance strategy for EVs based on mixed integer linear programming
dividing the problem into two stages. In the first stage
the optimization of EV target charging station guidance aims to minimize the EV users' total time spent addressing and waiting for charging. In the second stage
the optimization of in-station scheduling determines the usage sequence of charging piles
aiming to minimize the number of pile changes during the charging process for EV users. The strategy effectively considers user participation
willingness to charge guidance
and individual differences by introducing fairness constraints. Testing in a specific area of Shanghai shows that the proposed strategy significantly reduces the total time for addressing and waiting
balances the utilization rate of charging pile capacity in regional charging stations
reduces model complexity
and demonstrates good applicability across various scenarios.
