Transformer winding frequency response modeling is the mainstream method for existing winding state simulation analysis. The existing transformer winding frequency response simulation modeling is generally carried out for single-phase
ignoring the three-phase calculation differences and frequency-varying characteristics of the equivalent parameters of the winding
and lacks a refined simulation model of three-phase transformers considering the stepped structure of the core. Therefore
this paper first builds a three-dimensional transformer simulation model including homogenized stepped laminated cores based on the basic structure of three-phase transformers
and proposes a frequency response curve calculation method based on adaptive optimization of frequency-varying parameters; secondly
it constructs a lumped parameter circuit network of transformer windings including three-phase cross capacitance and coupling inductance
considers the influence of frequency-varying characteristics on the magnetic permeability of the core and the current density of the winding
and analyzes the relationship between inductance
capacitance and resistance parameters and frequency; finally
a transformer winding frequency response circuit model is built based on Simulink
and the fully automatic assignment of frequency-varying parameters is realized by combining the full parameter autonomous assignment algorithm. The simulation and actual response curves of the model transformer are compared and verified. The results show that the three-phase transformer winding simulation modeling method proposed in this paper improves the calculation accuracy of the winding frequency response curve
and the consistency of the simulation and measured response curves is verified based on a 10 kV actual transformer
which can effectively simulate the operating state of three-phase transformers under different connection modes.
