摘要

随着全球新能源大规模发展，国内外新能源并网宽频振荡风险日益突出，严重影响系统安全稳定运行。近年来，阻抗分析法成为分析与解决宽频振荡问题的有效手段，宽频阻抗的准确获取是振荡分析的基本前提，而阻抗测量装备成为阻抗准确获取的关键。该文首先对国内外阻抗测量装备的发展历程进行调研；然后，归纳分析阻抗测量装备的测量原理、拓扑结构、应用情况和性能指标；最后，给出未来阻抗测量装备技术攻关、工程应用与标准制定的相关建议。

Abstract

With the large-scale integration of global renewable energy generation

broadband oscillation risks in power systems at home and abroad have become increasingly prominent

posing significant threats to the stable and safe operation of the power systems. Impedance-based stability analysis has emerged as an effective methodology for analyzing and mitigating oscillation issues. Accurate acquisition of broadband impedance characteristics serves as the fundamental prerequisite for oscillation analysis

where specialized impedance measurement equipment plays a pivotal role. This paper first conducts a comprehensive review of the historical development of impedance measurement equipment worldwide. Subsequently

measurement principles

topological configurations

practical applications

and performance metrics are systematically analyzed. Finally

the paper provides a comprehensive summary

along with recommendations for technological advances

and standard formulation of impedance measurement equipment in the future.
