Deadbeat Predictive Torque Control of Six-phase Open-end Winding PMSM Based on Harmonic Plane Decomposition and Voltage Vector Constraints
a space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) combined with a deadbeat predictive torque control (DPTC) method is proposed for the first time
taking the six-phase open-end winding permanent magnet synchronous motor (SOEW-PMSM) as the object of research
which can enhance the torque ripple performance while achieving harmonic current high precision suppression. First
SVPWM-DPTC solves the problem that the synthesis of reference VVs requires a lot of iterations in conventional DPTC by generating a switching pulse sequence with a fixed frequency for voltage vectors (VVs) preference. Then
in order to suppress the harmonic currents
this paper selects three VVs on each of the parity sector boundaries of each sector based on the principle of multi-harmonic plane component cancellation
and calculates their projections on the 3rd and 5th harmonic planes
respectively
and all the 3rd and 5th harmonics in the output voltage can be eliminated by allocating the time of action through proportional relationships. Finally
by comparing the control performance with the traditional DPTC and SVPWM
the experimental results prove that the control strategy proposed in this paper has a better suppression effect on both torque pulsations and harmonic currents.
